These products are usually well tolerated and adverse reactions are uncommon at recommended doses. Could affect the gastrointestinal system causing inappetance, vomiting, or diarrhea. Side effects may occur, if your pet experiences any unusual reactions, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian.
Dogs and Cats
• Supports urinary healthy in dogs and cats.
• Reduces formation of calcium oxalate bladder stones.
• Palatable dried poultry liver flavored chewable tablet.
Feed 1/4 tablet per 5 lbs Feed 1/2 tablet per 11 lbs Feed 1 tablet per 22 lbs. May be offered free choice orally or crushed over food. Recommended to be given every 12 hours or as prescribed by your veterinarian. Follow up visits are recommended to monitor the urine pH and blood values of your pet.
Keep out of reach of children and animals. For veterinary use only. Not for use in humans. For oral use only. Use under veterinary supervision. Not for use in animals where urine acidifcation is required. Potassium citrate should not be used in animals with a history of struvite crystals or bladder stones. Should also not be used in animals with high blood levels of potassium such as with adrenal disease, kidney disease, severe heart disease, or untreated diabetes mellitus. These supplements are not a replacement for appropriate antibiotic treatment when an active urinary tract infection is present. Safety in breeding, pregnant, or nursing animals has not been established. Not recommended for animals with a known hypersensitivity or allergy to this supplement.
