Carol started at VCA Southern Tier Animal Hospital in 2003, taking a four-year sabbatical in 2020, and returned to us in 2024 as a dedicated and caring veterinary assistant. She enjoys supporting both pets and their people with compassionate care and a welcoming attitude, helping make every visit as comfortable as possible. Carol has a special passion for helping stray and community cats, and she believes every cat deserves kindness, comfort, and a chance for a healthy life. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and camping.
