Shana was born and raised in Vicksburg, Michigan. In addition to having dogs and cats growing up, Shana participated in 4-H showing animals. Shana started at Texas Corners Animal Hospital in 2014 following her Approved Veterinary Assistant certificate program at Ross Medical Education Center. Shana lives with her fiance Dan and their son, Andrew. Andrew is accompanied by his feline siblings, Mamacita, Church and Minion, a 17 year-old red-eared slider turtle named Raph, two rats named Ben and Jerry, and two beautiful snakes named Ragnar and Bella-Bee Outside of work, Shana enjoys nature walks with her family, reading a good book and watching Netflix.
