Your first visit will allow us to get to know each other, check your pet's health, and begin wellness care to help prevent against future illnesses.
During your pet’s first visit, your veterinarian will do a head-to-tail exam and check overall health, including the skin and coat, eyes and ears, teeth and gums, heart, lungs and other vital organs.
The veterinarian will also check your pet for fleas, ticks and other external parasites.
Your veterinarian will also ask questions about your pet’s diet, habits and activities, and discuss overall health and wellness including:

If dropping a pet off for boarding, please be advised that check-in paperwork must be completed in advance. This may take up to 30 minutes to ensure that we have all the information needed to give your furry friend the optimal care they deserve. Generally, it is requested that boarding arrivals are completed between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm on Monday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm on Wednesday through Friday, and 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on Saturday. Please contact our office if your travel plans require you to arrive your pets outside of these hours as we will certainly do our best to accommodate you. Pets may not be picked up or dropped off on Sundays or holidays when the hospital is closed.
Patients may be dropped off at 7:30 am for any scheduled surgical procedure or day-stay procedure. Please allow 30-60 minutes for our check-in procedures and paperwork upon arrival.
