Team Spotlight
Raised in El Paso, Texas, Dr. Sean received a BS in microbiology from UT El Paso. He received his DVM from Colorado State University in 1999. He completed a 1-year Medicine and Surgery Internship at VCA Metroplex Animal Hospital in Dallas, TX.
After completing his Internship, he worked as an Emergency and Critical Care doctor in Southlake, TX and State College, PA for the next 18 years. His medical interests include Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery and Ultrasound. Dr. Sean also enjoys working with Bat World Sanctuary in Texas.

Victoria started working at Ventana Animal Hospital in 2014. She graduated in 2005 from PIMA Medical Institute as a certified veterinary assistant. She has worked with Dr. Heidrich since 2005 and now that we are VCA Ventana she is our hospital manager. After so many years of working hard as an assistant, Victoria was promoted to hospital manager where she makes sure the hospital runs smoothly and safely. In her spare time she enjoys fishing and hunting. At home, she stays busy with her son, two rescued dogs and three rescued cats. She is also fluent in Chihuahua.
