Dr. Ferguson is a great new addition to the VCA family! She has a BS Biology from Duke University and went to Veterinary School at the University of Florida. Dr. Ferguson is originally from Vashon Island, Washington, and went to high school in San Luis Obispo, California. Her hobbies include painting, repurposing furniture, gardening and spending time with her two dogs, six cats, and bearded dragon. Dr. Ferguson has special interests in surgery, dentistry and abdominal ultrasonography.

When asked what she likes most about her job, she says: "When a client tells me I have made a difference in their and their loved pet's lives—these moments provide such great joy and fulfillment because I put so much effort and care into my medicine as well as client education."
