I grew up in a small suburb outside of Cleveland, Ohio. My earliest memory of wanting to work with animals was from a 6th grade scrapbook where I stated that I wanted to be a veterinarian. After high school, I immediately enrolled into school to become a credentialed veterinary technician. I love coming to work at VCA Village Animal Hospital because I have a great career satisfaction. I am able to care for pets, educate clients, instruct other technicians and continue my own experience at the same time. I also teach at Eastern Florida State College in the veterinary technician program. I have worked as a credentialed veterinary technician for over 20 years. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, gardening, swimming, and painting.
