Prior to joining VCA in 2001, Sarah spent 15 years in business-to-business and consumer marketing, with a focus on technology and media. She earned her MBA from Simmons School of Management, and in 2013 she earned the Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation from the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association. She is also a Fear Free™ Certified Professional. 

Sarah is President of The Greyhound Project, and she’s served on their board since 2000. She also served on the board of the Quincy Animal Shelter from 1999-2001.

Sarah loves cooking, reading, music, and hiking, and her summer weekends are spent sailing, kayaking, and horseback riding. She lives near the beach in Quincy, Mass., with cats Alvin and Dharma and greyhounds Pearl and Bravo.
