Dr. Cohen grew up in Dexter, MI, which is a small town outside of Ann Arbor. She wanted to be a veterinarian since childhood. She graduated from Ferris State University in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine and completed her clinical rotations at Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. Dr. Cohen has a special interest in veterinary behavior, and is passionate about patient well-being, comfort, and safety at veterinary visits. Her love for animals and the human-animal bond continues to drive her commitment to her patients and clients.
In her free time, she enjoys competing in triathlons, spending time with her family, and playing piano. Dr. Cohen lives with her husband, her Caribbean dog (Peach), and her Goldendoodle (Olive).
