Heather started her career as a technician at VCA Arboretum View Animal Hospital in 2006, working primarily in the Oncology department. It was there that Heather discovered a passion for client education. Heather joined the Specialty Surgery department as a care coordinator in 2020.

Heather shares her home with her husband, stepdaughter, and their pets; Batman, a mystery mutt, and cat named Rocket. When not at work, Heather enjoys reading, yoga, running a local 5k, and camping with her family.
