Dr. Caraway attended Kansas State University where she received a B.S. in animal science and completed her D.V.M. degree in May 2003. While she loves the Midwest, a desire to return to California led her to the internship program here at VCA Asher Animal Hospital. After completing our one-year internship program in June 2004, she stayed on staff as a General Practitioner. Dr. Caraway enjoys practicing small animal medicine and surgery and has a special interest in veterinary dentistry. She also enjoys working with several exotic species including guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchillas, rats, and birds. Her hobbies include horseback riding, piano, violin, and canine agility. She has three dogs, Brenna a sheltie, Aberforth a newfoundland, and Brody a sheltie. She also has three horses and a rabbit.
