Grace Santos is a highly experienced registered veterinary technician who has been part of the VCA family for over 10 years. She began her journey at BAVEC and later brought her expertise to our Bay Area hospital, where she continues to provide exceptional care.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science with a Pre-Veterinary Medicine option from California State University. Born and raised in Oakland, CA, she has a deep-rooted passion for animal care, especially in the field of exotic veterinary medicine. Her professional interests include working with small mammals and reptiles, and she is also passionate about mentoring veterinary assistants in the field of veterinary technician medicine.
At home, Grace enjoys the company of her beloved pets: Boneca, a 12-year-old Rat Terrier, and Pixie, a 2-year-old Lionhead Rabbit. Outside of work, she is an avid Disney fan and a dedicated couture doll collector, with an impressive collection of memorabilia that reflects her creative spirit.
