Rose has been the Hospital Manager with VCA Blairstown Animal Hospital, working behind the scenes and greeting clients with a smile, since 2017. Rose earned her BS in Chemistry and worked in pharmaceutical R&D for several years. Her strong interest in animal welfare led Rose to a 15-year career working in canine behavior at animal shelters before she made the switch to the veterinary industry. Now, Rose's analytical, organizational and management skills help VCA ensure compassionate and top-notch care for the community's beloved pets. Originally from Bergen County, NJ, Rose lived for many years in San Diego before moving back to the east coast and settling in beautiful Blairstown, NJ. In her spare time, Rose loves to hike with her Pitbull, Walker, and to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
