Katie joined VCA in 2026 and is currently working toward her veterinary technician degree at PIMA Medical Institute. A Colorado Springs native, she is passionate about growing her skills in veterinary medicine while providing compassionate care to every patient she works with.
Her favorite part of the job is helping animals and being part of a positive, supportive clinic environment. She has a special interest in animal nutrition and hopes to specialize in this area once she becomes a registered veterinary technician (RVT).
At home, Katie has two dogs, Lilo and Chance, and two cats, Shaed and Moo.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading and crocheting.
