Jessica Morgan
Veterinary Specialist DVM, DACVIM Internal Medicine
After receiving her undergraduate degree and doctorate from the University of Florida, Dr. Morgan completed a rotating small animal internship at Darien Animal Hospital and the Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center in Norwalk, Connecticut. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland, Florida prior to gaining board certification in 2010.

Dr. Morgan has delivered many presentations, including subject matter on nuclear medicine and the thyroid gland, diagnosing pancreatitis, amyloidosis, blastomycosis, inherited erythrocyte disorders and more. She has also been published on the subject of Canine Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency. She is experienced with abdominal and thoracic ultrasound and endoscopy (including rhinoscopy, bronchoscopy, gastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy, and cystoscopy). Her specialty makes her particularly qualified to diagnose and treat cases involving the gastrointestinal, urinary, hepatic, respiratory, and endocrine systems, along with infectious, congenital, and autoimmune disorders.

In her personal life, Dr. Morgan and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children. She also enjoys spending time with her Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Devon Rex, and her Welsh/Warmblood large pony. Skiing, boating, computers and watching Florida Gator Football are other interests.
