Katie graduated from RCTC in Spring of 2024 with an Associate of Applied Science degree and joined the VCA Cascade team through the internship program. When working, she enjoys meeting all the animal friends visiting the clinic, assisting in surgeries, lab work, and working with exotic animals.

While Katie is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and two daughters, Elaina and Dalila. In her free time, she likes relaxing at the lake, hiking, reading and working in her yard. Pets at home include three dogs (Gabby, Scooby, Timber), three cats (Angel, Pumpkin, Gingy), five hamsters, button quails, saltwater/freshwater fish, and two leopard geckos.
