Shawna is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, but has been in Colorado for the past eight years building a new place to call home with her partner and their husky, and French bulldog. Her French bulldog, Jace, is what made her pursue the veterinary field after suffering an injury to his spine. Since then, she has worked in specialty hospitals, overnight emergency hospitals, an now without our general practice hospital.
