Dr. Rendon was born in Colorado, but grew up in the south where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University (MSU). She then continued on at MSU to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Rendon relocated to San Diego where she practiced at a private practice before joining the VCA team in Bonita, CA. She transferred to the VCA Charles Towne team when her husband was re-stationed to the Charleston area. Her interests in veterinary medicine include soft tissue surgery, preventative medicine, senior care and behavior. When not working, she enjoys hiking, gardening and training their cat, Doug.
