Melissa has been in the veterinary field for 30 years, beginning her career working in the kennel before becoming a veterinary technician. After many years in clinical practice, she transitioned into leadership and has served as a hospital manager for more than 16 years.
She is passionate about supporting veterinary teams, developing associates, and fostering a positive culture where both people and patients can thrive.
Outside of work, Melissa is a proud mom to three children (two sons and a daughter) and enjoys spending time with her family.
