Dr. Yejide Myers grew up in the beautiful city of Ann Arbor, Michigan. She began her love for animals working along side her father, a lab animal veterinarian, when she was young. Prior to vet school, she attended Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida and earned a degree in Marine Biology. Dr. Myers then graduated from vet school at the historic Tuskegee University in 2016. She pursued a dream in surgery with a demanding rotating internship in California, before moving to Austin to complete an amazing surgical internship with Central Texas Veterinary Specialists. Dr. Myers has a special interest in orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries, and emergency medicine.
