Kirsten has been a dedicated member of the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital & Referral Center team since 2000, beginning her career in Emergency & Critical Care. Her passion for veterinary medicine started while attending New Mexico State University, where she was an active member of the Pre-Vet Club and volunteered at an emergency clinic—an experience that set her career path in motion. Though her role has evolved into purchasing coordinator, Kirsten’s heart remains with Emergency & Critical Care, and she holds deep respect for all aspects of veterinary medicine.
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys camping, music, and spending time with friends and family. She loves arts and crafts, tending to plants, and dedicating time to her daughter’s sporting events—which she jokingly refers to as her biggest side job.
