Graduated from the AHT Program in 1996, was recipient of the California Veterinary Medical Association's RVT of the Year in Private Practice in 2003, became certified as a Veterinary Technician Specialist in Emergency and Critical Care in 2004

An active member of the ACVIM (American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, CaRVTA (California Registered Veterinary Technician Association), VECCS (Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society), and AVECCT (Academy of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Technicians). I have been employed at the VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center since 1995. My area of interest is emergency/ critical care and trauma.

I live with my husband, three children, two dogs, and three cats. My hobbies include gardening and baking (especially cakes).
