At VCA Healthy PAWS Medical Center we know how frustrating it can be when your pet has allergies. Our veterinarians will discuss things that can cause itchy skin, ear infections and other allergic reactions so we can rule out what is causing the symptoms. Often times, animals who have recurrent ear and skin infections are diagnosed with food or environment allergies. It is very important for us to discover what is causing the irritation so we can address the underlying cause and not just treat the symptoms.
