Dr. Nicole Raphael earned her bachelor's degree in zoology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Maine in 2017. Before pursuing her DVM, she worked as an emergency and critical care veterinary technician in Boston. She graduated with her DVM from Michigan State University in 2023 and is currently completing a small animal rotating internship at Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center. Dr. Raphael's primary interests include emergency surgery, acute shock, and respiratory emergencies. Outside of work, she enjoys the ocean and spending time with her Pitbull mix, Rue.
