Dr. Terry was born in Fullerton and raised in Orange County, California. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor of science in biology in 2003 and earned her doctor of veterinary medicine degree from the University of California, Davis, in 2008. Jeralyn joined VCA Loomis Basin Veterinary Clinic in 2008. Her special interests include ophthalmology, cats, infectious diseases, and autoimmune diseases.

Jeralyn lives in Roseville with three wonderful Siamese mix cats, Peaches, Pyro, and Panda, as well as Bowdie and Bunsen, the best German shorthaired pointer rescue dogs. Her hobbies include running with her dogs and traveling to visit friends.
