At VCA Mountainview Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge we help pets live long, healthy and happy lives. We work hard to deliver the best medical care for your pets, and the best experience for you, the owner.

Our veterinarians, technicians and pet-friendly support staff are trained to the highest standards and their thorough knowledge of the latest procedures and medicines ensures that our patients receive the best in preventive and healing care.

Proudly serving the Highlands Ranch, Centennial and Lone Tree area for over 20 years, we are located right off C 470 between Quebec Street and Holly Street.

Our staff is here to support you in all aspects of your pet’s life by answering questions and spending the time to educate on how to best care for your furry companions. The VCA Mountainview team offers personalized one-on-one attention with the greatest care and concern.

Our trained group of caregivers is supported by one of the largest networks of veterinary professionals in the country. Being a part of the VCA family means that our doctors and technical staff receive continuing education and consultations from the country's leading experts in all fields of medicine.

Our Services include:

  • Wellness : Exams, vaccinations and comprehensive bloodwork allow early detection of disease and help reduce your pet's health risks throughout his or her life. Ask us about our CareClub® program for unlimited exams and an average of 20% savings on other wellness services!
  • Diagnostic imaging: On-site X-ray service provides high-quality radiographs essential for identifying problems that cannot be found by a physical examination.
  • Laboratory: In-house laboratory for serum chemistry and hematology for more urgent cases; we also utilize an offsite laboratory for routine and specialized diagnostics and consultations.
  • Surgery/Dentistry: We are fully equipped to provide routine spaying and neutering, soft tissue surgery, gastropexy, dental evaluations and cleaning. We also provide dental X-rays to thoroughly evaluate crowns and roots of any problem teeth.
  • Pain management: Pain can accompany illness, injury, surgery, or chronic condition. Effective pain control is a vital part of caring for your pet and ensuring their comfort, quick recovery, and quality of life.

Pet Lodge

We provide drop-off doggy day care by reservation Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and 8:00 am -1:00 pm on Saturday. For our boarding and day care clients, you can watch the fun through our webcams as your dog enjoys supervised play in our large outdoor play yard and heated swimming pool. When it gets a little chilly or uncomfortably warm outside, we have two indoor playrooms to keep the play going in a climate controlled environment.

For our guests who prefer to play solo or just with a housemate, we offer a private play yard or one on one play with our staff.

Our pet lodge provides clean and spacious runs for each pet with raised beds and natural lighting. If luxury is what your pet is used to, we also offer larger suites outfitted with cameras so that owners can view their pets 24/7 online or through the Online Doggy app. Unlike most other boarding facilities, VCA Mountainview Pet Lodge has a medical staff onsite during hospital hours, and on-call medical support to utilize whenever we have a question or concern.

Lionbridge provides over-the-phone and video interpretation services for non-English-speaking and American Sign Language (ASL) clients. In real time, veterinary providers can enlist an expert Lionbridge interpreter to facilitate a clear exchange of information between themselves and clients.
