Dr. Granum grew up in Portland and received both her Bachelor of Science and then her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University. After completing a one-year, rotating small animal internship at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists, she completed a second internship at Bush Veterinary Neurology Service in Virginia. After spending several years living and working in the Virginia and DC area in emergency medicine, she is very glad to be back living and working in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Granum loves to spend time outside, and is likely in the garden or planning her next hike. She recuperates by spending time with a good book and her two cats, Quiz and Chaos.
