Dr. Hogan joined VCA North Portland in July 2024. She loves the vast array of veterinary medicine, but highly values the client-patient bond and enjoys finding solutions that are best for both the pet and their people.

Dr. Hogan has a special interest in preventative care and medicine cases. She appreciates all pets, but holds a special place for little Chihuahuas. She has two dogs and two turtles. When not working, Dr. Hogan enjoys horseback riding, sewing, and crochet.
