Krista has been in the veterinary field for about 10 years. After starting her career in human healthcare, she quickly realized her true passion was in veterinary medicine. Growing up in the Blue Valley area and attending school here, she loves seeing familiar faces and meeting their pets.
As a hospital manager, she is passionate about creating a positive environment for both her team and the clients. She believes in supporting her team so they can provide the best possible care for every patient and helping pet owners feel confident and informed about their pets' health. Seeing the bond between people and their pets every day is what truly inspires her.
Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, traveling with her husband, Reid, and hosting gatherings for friends and family. Whether it's game day or a weekend get-together, she loves spending time with the people (and pets) who mean the most to her. Krista and Reid own a Frenchie named Lala and a cat named Buddy, who are very spoiled and they know it.
