Nicole grew up in Holland, Michigan and has always dreamed of working with animals. She graduated from Calvin University in 2011 with a degree in Biology. She worked 8 years as a veterinary assistant at Hamilton Veterinary Clinic in Hamilton, Michigan and worked as an assistant at VCA Oshtemo for 2.5 years before beginning her management role. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is the ability to help care for the furry family members of clients and that every day presents new opportunities to learn. Nicole has a loving family made up of her husband, Andrew, and two young boys, Sam and Will. Their furry family members include a black Labrador, Duke, and a cat, Tinkerbell (Tink).
