Dan is a skilled veterinary assistant and a current Licensed Veterinary Technician student in the San Juan College Class of 2026. Before starting his veterinary journey, Dan served as a Machinist Mate in the U.S. Navy, where he developed the discipline and technical knowledge that now support his role in animal care.
Dan has a big heart for animals in need and is passionate about fostering pets while they wait for their forever homes. His gentle approach and steady presence help even the most nervous animals feel at ease.
At home, Dan shares his life with two amazing dogs, seven quirky chickens, four goats, and his favorite hobby—riding his tractor. Whether he's in the hospital or out in the pasture, Dan brings dedication and heart to everything he does.
