Client Service Representative
Jenn has been on staff since 2007. She has 2 cats, Maggie and Casanova as well as dog Dora at home. Jenn graduated from an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program in Michigan with her AS degree over 20 years ago. She is very passionate about client education which has resulted in her taking on a very unique role with VCA Piedmont Animal Hospital. She manages a lot of communication between doctors and pet parents. By this she may be the one calling with lab results, checking up on sick babies, reminding about follow up or answering general medical questions. Other aspects are online areas such as managing the hospital website, facebook, blog, e-newsletters and more. She also will coordinate with specialists and is a key case manager of all diabetic patients as well as handles many nutritional consultations. Her goal in her career is for owners to have the tools and knowledge to provide the best care for their pets allowing them to live longer, healthier and happier lives. At home she loves spending time with and watching her little man, Lucas, grow up as well as cooking and reading.
