Dr. Kara R. Knight is a dedicated veterinarian with a lifelong passion for caring for animals and teaching others how to help their pets thrive. A Florida native, Dr. Knight was born and raised with a deep appreciation for the Sunshine State's beauty, which inspires her love for traveling, visiting the beach, gardening, reading, and mermaid swimming.
Dr. Knight shares her home with her beloved pets: two cats, Juno and Persephone, and two guinea pigs, Tripod Henri and Zuzu. Her special interest in rodents–including guinea pigs, rabbits, and ferrets–adds a unique dimension to her work, making her a go-to expert for families with small, furry companions.
What Dr. Knight finds most fulfilling about her career is helping pet owners enhance their pets' health and longevity. She is passionate about educating and empowering her clients, combining, her veterinary skills with her love for teaching.
