When your pet is scheduled for boarding, the hotel is open for drop-offs between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, and 7:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturdays. The hotel is open on Sundays from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm for pick-ups.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, please drop-off your pet between 7:00 am - 9:00 am.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for drop-offs between 7:30-8:30 am.
