Patty Grana
Medical Director DVM

Dr. Patty Grana spent her early years in the beautiful Arizona desert. After a obtaining a Master's Degree in International Business (including studying many languages and becoming proficient in Spanish), she went on to have a successful career in the Los Angeles film industry. After many years, though, the itch to pursue her life-long veterinary dream could not be ignored! She made a drastic right turn in her career, attended Veterinary School at Texas A&M University, and hasn't looked back since. It has been the best decision of her life!

As a veterinarian, Dr. Grana treats not only dogs and cats, but exotic pets as well. She likes the challenge of a canine or feline dermatology case as well as doing a rabbit spay or neuter. She is a well- rounded and passionate veterinarian who values the bond between owner and veterinarian. Dr. Grana is very interested in exotic animal medicine (reptile, pocket pet and avian) and has spent many extra hours perfecting her exotic medicine. She realizes that the communication bond and client education between you and her is vital for successful care of your pet, no matter the species.

At home, Patty has several pets that keep her busy: dogs, cats and cockatiels.

In her time away from the clinic, Dr. Grana enjoys horseback riding, reading, and traveling. She's traveled through Europe, Asia and Central America, and has even sailed around the world on a ship. Her motto: "Have passport, will travel!"
