Client Service Representative

Mikaela joined the VCA team in 2012 and transferred to VCA West Shore in April 2015. She is very grateful to be able to share her love of client service and love of animals with our clients. She has four cats: Tippy, a toothless long haired Calico, Thelma, a dilute Calico, Iris, a trouble making Calico, and Willy, a noisy Siamese mix. She recently received her Master's Degree in Library Science. In her free time she enjoys reading, genealogy, and spending time with her cats and family.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
