Dr. William Richards has worked in veterinary medicine for 25 years in south central Pennsylvania. For the first 7 years, he worked as a veterinary assistant, and for the past 18 years, he worked as a companion animal veterinarian. Prior to graduating from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006, he earned two degrees in biology and applied science at Towson University and the College of Southern Maryland. Dr. Richards enjoys working in preventative medicine, surgery, internal medicine, and dentistry. Outside of veterinary medicine, he likes spending time at home with his wife, Dorothy, and raising 3 littermate cats named Simon, Mandy, and Miss Yoda.
Hobbies include fixing and driving old muscle cars, listening to classic rock music, and watching cable TV with Dorothy.
