Dr. Julie Peterson is originally from San Diego, California. She graduated from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Peterson joined VCA Mission San Jose in Fremont in 2015 and, during her tenure, became their Medical Director. She joined the VCA Winchester team in January 2026.
Dr. Peterson's favorite parts of veterinary medicine are caring for her patients and developing relationships with her clients. She enjoys dentistry and internal medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Peterson enjoys visiting Disneyland, going to the beach, and attending musicals.
