Rebecca started her veterinary career in Chicago in 1998 before moving to Lexington and working at the AA Emergency Hospital. She joined the VCA Woodford team in her current position in 2003. She has worked for some very good hospitals but feels VCA Woodford is the best she's seen. Rebecca enjoys being a Veterinary Assistant because in enables her to help others get the help their pets need. Rebecca enjoys showing horses in eventing with her sister. She is now training/competing Quarter horses in barrel racing. Her future plans include breeding Quarter horses for barrel racing. Rebecca is a huge cat lover. If she is not out working with her five horses you will find her inside with her cats. Rebecca considers her dog, cats and horses her children and spreads the love out to each of them. Her pets have always been members of her family.
