Andrea Allsup, DVM, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She worked in biomedical research for 4 years in Palo Alto, California before attending veterinary school at the University of California, Davis.

Her patients include dogs and cats, as well as pocket pets. Dr. Allsup has been part of the VCA family since 2005. Her own family enjoys the company of three beloved felines including the adorable but mischievous junior feline member, Harry.
