Dr. Amber Aroner was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She spent most of her free time in high school volunteering as a student docent at the Los Angeles Zoo. Dr. Aroner attended UC Davis, graduating in 1995 with a BS degree with highest honors in Zoology. She graduated from UC Davis Veterinary School in 1999. Dr. Aroner joined VCA All Pets Animal Hospital Salinas in August of 1999. While she enjoys all aspects of general veterinary medicine, she has a special interest in preventative medicine, internal medicine/endocrinology and behavior. She resides in Salinas with her husband and two young boys. Two dogs and a cat complete their family. When not working or tending to her family, she enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, and hiking.
