Client Service Representative

Lynne Ridner has been your at VCA since 1998! Lynne started at VCA Animal Medical Center at the suggestion of former practice owner, Dr. George Dennis. Lynne joined the team and has been here ever since. Lynne was our Receptionist Supervisor for a number of years and just recently took on a new role as the Client Experience Coordinator. In her role Lynne is responsible for communications with clients, providing quality patient care and excellent client service, and promotion of services provided by VCA. If you ask Lynne what her favorite part of her job is she will tell you with passion and conviction that it is working with the clients and making sure the client always comes first. She knows our clients and their pets by name and is genuinely excited to see them when they come in for a visit.
Lynne is married and has a son, Aaron.
