Rachel became part of VCA in March of 2006. She began her career as a Client Service Representative. Due to her dedication to great client service, she was promoted to Front Desk Supervisor in August of 2014. In 2016, she received the award for 10 years of Outstanding Customer Service! In August of 2018, she was hired to be VCA 80 Dodge Animal Hospital's Hospital Manager. In 2022, she became part of the VCA Animal Medical Center of Omaha team.

Rachel has a variety of dogs ranging from Old English Sheepdogs and Shih Tzu's to a basset mix and even a miniature dachshund. She also has three elderly cats. 

Her interests include dog training and behavior, gardening, horticulture therapy, and photography. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, walking in the woods enjoying nature, camping, and spending time with her family.
