Dr. Ken Gonsier decided he wanted to be a veterinarian when he was 10 years old. He grew up in New Jersey and received a BA from Dartmouth, and later earned his DVM from the University of California at Davis Vet School in 1989. He joined our team that same year. Dr. Gonsier finds helping people and patients very rewarding. He also thoroughly enjoys hiking with his family, and he loves coaching his daughter’s basketball team. He and his wife Lisa have been married for over 22 years and have two daughters, one cat, and one dog.
