Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Terasina is incredibly proud to serve the community she has always called home. She joined VCA Ashford Animal Hospital in May 2021, but her journey in veterinary medicine began more than 15 years ago. Over the years, she has gained experience in many areas of veterinary medicine, with a strong focus on leadership and hospital management.
As hospital manager, her passion is supporting the team so they can provide the highest level of care to patients and the best experience possible for clients. She strongly believes that strong teams create better medicine and is committed to building an environment where collaboration, growth, and compassion are at the center of everything they do.
Outside of work, Terasina enjoys volunteering with the Houston SPCA and staying involved in efforts that help animals in need. The future of veterinary medicine is incredibly important to her, and she feels honored to help cultivate that future by supporting the next generation of veterinary professionals and helping the hospital continue to grow.
