Hannah Johnson is our hospital-based licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). She began her journey as a veterinary social worker in 2021 and is honored to be able to provide support to both our clients and associates. Before transitioning to veterinary medicine, Hannah worked in human health care in both the hospital and outpatient dialysis settings, supporting patients as they navigated new medical diagnoses and end of life care. Hannah and her husband share their home and free time with their three boys (two furry and one human).
