Dr. Braun is originally from Los Angeles, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan in 2015. After completing his undergraduate education, he spent several years working in behavioral health before discovering his passion for veterinary medicine, which led him to earn his VMD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022. Dr. Braun is passionate about the human-animal bond and values the opportunity to support people by caring for their pets. His professional interests include preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, and dermatology.
Following graduation, Dr. Braun relocated to the Pacific Northwest and now resides in Camas with his wife and their two young children. They share their home with a small zoo that includes two dogs, Lilo and Nani, and two cats, Stitch and Cobra Bubbles. Outside of work, Dr. Braun enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.
