Mya joined the VCA team in 2021 as a student extern while studying through Colby Community College and has continued to grow in her role as a veterinary assistant. With a lifelong love for animals and hands-on experience from her years in 4-H, Mya brings both knowledge and compassion to her work every day.
She has a special interest in surgical nursing and enjoys being part of the team that helps pets through some of their most critical moments. Outside of work, Mya shares her home with three dogs and two ball pythons, and she's excited to graduate this fall and officially step into her career in veterinary medicine as a registered veterinary technician.
