Heather Lush joined the VCA Fairleigh team in 2020 as a client service representative and was promoted to supervisor in 2021. She is a cat lover and mother to three—Cookie, Anna, and Hallow. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our client service representatives and receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
