Client Service Representative

Rei joined VCA Fairway due to her love of animals, and stayed because she enjoys working with people who share this love of animals. She was raised in Houston, TX. After studying Japanese Mandarin at the University of Kansas, she lived and studied in Tokyo with a host family, experiencing a new culture during this amazing experience.

She and her fiancé have a large fur family: two dogs named Kuen and Hanzo, as well as three cats named Tigger, Ben, and Ranmoro.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
